Going to Rio tomorrow, plane, 9h30.

Probably be back next year.

Sorry to leave so soon -- I have a lot of things over there that need looking after concerning College.

I'll update as much as I can, either from mum's or Christy's iBook.

About me: Stayed in bed for last three days because of a stupid disease. Getting better, though my neck is still very sore and my throat isn't 100%.

About Harry Potter: Didn't watch it on account of the disease *points up*. Tried to go yesterday, but it was sold out. Probably will only see it next week, in Rio.

About Rio: I'm going either on Tuesday night or Wednesday morning, for I need to be there as soon as possible to do the tests and get the diploma.

About FUVEST: I don't know if I will do the test. Probably not, for my neck is killing me and I won't be able to spend six hours looking down. Anyway. I'll let you know.

Finally some rest. True, pure, raw, cold and distant rest. I know I should've worked, I know I will end up killing myself today to prepare the classes for tomorrow; I know that I will think I have failed both the exams I have today for lack of study... But, just for this tiny little moment, I know I deserved to have spent the last three days in an almost vegetative state; completely out of my usual routine, especially when it comes to food, beverage and sleep. Ok, perhaps not that much sleep.

When I was on the plane back home, I started wondering if it was worth it. After all, I was supposed to have worked this weekend. That's when I figured out that it may be exhausting and always a big hurry, but a trip to Rio is always worth it.

You know me, I'm impulsive.

So impulsive that after thinking for hours and changing my mind every five seconds I've decided to simply go to Rio tomorrow.

To those that stay, I'm extremely sorry for not being around. But, I'll be back. And we'll have Noitão next weekend! o/

Wow. I may be crazy. *hides*

You like bowling, don't you, Montag?

If you don't want a man unhappy politically, don't give him two sides to a question to worry him; give him one. Better yet, give him none. If the government is inefficient, topheavy, and tax-mad, better it be all those than that people worry over it. Peace, Montag. Give the people contests they win by remembering the words to more popular songs or the names of state capitals or how much corn Iowa grew last year. Cram them full of noncombustible data, chock them so damned full of 'facts' they feel stuffed, but absolutely 'brilliant' with information. Then they'll feel like they're thinking, they'll get a sense of motion without moving. And they'll be happy, because facts of that sort don't change. Don't give them any slippery stuff like philosophy or sociology to tie things up with. That way lies melancholy.
